My recent stay at Alpen Ville was fantastic. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city with amazing fresh air from the surrounding forest. The pool was cozy and the staff even provided mattresses and tables by the poolside. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being right in the city center, yet it provided a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere with its lush forest area. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and equipped with everything we needed, such as a hair dryer, TV, and kettle.

The hotel's location was a real gem, right at the center of the city with peaceful surroundings. the rooms were cozy and came equipped with everything we could need, from hairdryer and kettle to TV. the air in the territory was fresh and cool, so we didn't really need to use the air conditioner. the morning breakfast was satisfying, even though it didn't have so much variety. the hotel also offered a swimming pool, which was a great area to chill.
I found the staff at the reception to be a bit unfriendly and rude. Sometimes they wouldn't even say hello during our interactions.

The hotel is located in a calm area near the main streets, which makes it easy to reach various attractions. the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. the rooms have comfortable beds and are furnished with everything that could be needed during the stay. Breakfast is satisfying, and the pool area is relaxing and perfect for chilling.
Some guests felt uncomfortable about the news channel and the hotel's celebration of certain events.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was right at the heart of the city, yet surrounded by a tranquil forest. We also enjoyed the cozy pool area, where we were provided with mattresses to lay on the ground and small tables for our dishes. the staff members working in the cafe were wonderful and the breakfast was yummy.
The beds were not very comfortable and the carpets could have been cleaner. the reception staff wasn't very friendly, and the pool is open to anyone, so it tended to get crowded.
